Instant column editing

No more waiting on a save. Create, bulk delete, and accept apply the moment you act. Optimistic column create, bulk delete, and accept now update the canvas immediately, with automatic rollback if a save fails. A new quick-mark tool drops a column box in a single click — no drag required — and the suggestions modal now splits into Pending and Accepted tabs.

Edit-form redesign

Everything in one place. Reworked beam and column edit forms. Elevation tags now live inline and stay open by default, columns get the same tabbed layout beams already use, and connection bolt, plate, and angle totals roll straight into takeoff — no separate lookup needed.

Cleaner stacking, fewer phantoms

Fixing stacks at the source. Letter-first grid keys end reversed and phantom stacks. Switching to letter-first canonical grid keys stops reversed phantom stacks outright. Moment-connection triangles are no longer mistaken for columns, and phantom "grid-N" columns are now detected and automatically repaired.

Columns, beams & upload

Free-type grid intersections. Grid intersections are now directly editable and free-type, with instant save propagation.

Auto-stacking across floors. Same-grid off-grid adds now auto-stack across floors; shadow-only columns are promoted correctly across all write paths.

Smarter column shortening. Columns shorten automatically when a top or bottom floor marking is deleted; manual beams and columns survive re-aggregation.

No more black-holed joists. Splices missing a base or top floor no longer black-hole joists and braces; stitched stack hover preview centers on the column.

Per-joist elevation override. Editable per-joist elevation (TOS override) in 3D and the joist editor; the joist Edit panel opens on first 3D click.

Selection holds through orbit. Selection now holds through 3D orbit drags, with joist highlight on click; user-drawn beams keep provenance through the oversize strip.

Stitched subplan preview fixed. Subplan preview now loads stitched sheets instead of failing; re-stitching a floor preserves your manual grid edits.

Markup export to CSV. Export markup annotations to CSV and into the Stock Summary; a new Drawings shortcut button sits on the Bid Summary tab.

Cleaner section detection. The section detector no longer misclassifies title blocks; unknown section types are ignored instead of excluded outright.
